Program Title: Rapid City's Affordable Housing Crisis

Program Description: Dr. Jared McEntaffer is the senior author of the John T. Vucurevich Foundation's “Rapid City Housing Affordability Study.” He will explain how decreasing median income and a shortage of low cost housing has converged to cost burden over half of Rapid City's lower income residents by forcing them to pay greater than 30% of their incomes on housing.
